One of the rooms in Castle Chillon featured a display of armor and heraldry. The walls were decorated with coats of arms like these. The pillars and stonework that you see in the photo are fake - they're part of the painting.

For me, the big attraction in Montreux – besides being the end of the line for the Golden Pass train – is the Castle Chillon. I was so glad that the weather cleared up and we were able to visit this historic site. Enjoy the photos!
