Here Mildred and Walter stand with some of their friends from church. That’s Waldo and Clara Woodard on the left, and Ezra and Winston Ellis in the center. Ezra was the pastor at First Friends at that time.

Mildred and Walter went on a trip to Europe during this period. This photo is taken in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The above photos were taken at a major family event – but they are not captioned so we don’t know what it was. The young lady is Walter’s granddaughter Jody, and her mother (Joan) is seated next to Mildred in the upper picture.
