League Updates

Open Mic Day

Friends:

I will have a full day Thursday, and any time I can spare needs to be spent on updating the free agent list.

So this will be the First Ever EFL Open Mic Day. Each of you is invited to share your perspective on the latest EFL action, your players, the players you foolishly let go… or the new league format or the the Commissioner’s performance, character and/or personal hygiene — whatever someone might write about baseball, fantasy baseball, or baseball-adjacent topics.

PLEASE step forward and offer us a glimpse of your take on the EFL.  Having Jamie and I switch off updates the last couple of seasons added to my enjoyment considerably.  I imagine most of us would appreciate some fresh air in these updates after 52 games hearing only one voice.

Believe me!  Everyone will appreciate it if you offer a bit of EFL commentary today.  Everyone.  As long as you keep it clean, don’t inject political commentary, and keep the humor good-natured, it will be a win for you and for the league.

Getting a comment from all 10 of you is, probably, beyond the realm of possibility.  I predict we’ll get  three good, solid comments of 50 words or more.  A blurt – a “comment” shorter than 50 words — would be better than nothing.  I predict a couple of those, too.

Now show me how badly I’ve underestimated you. You can make your comments in the comment section, below.
