I received eight (8!) survey responses, surpassing my wildest hopes. It seems that for some reason we’ve all been thinking about rookies lately?
Anyway, it occurred to me that being the only person in the league with this data might give me an unfair advantage. I do want to dominate the league, I admit, but knowledge is for sharing (that’s why we are/were at GF, right?).
Benintendi: Andrew has impressed us. 100% “over” votes.
Moncada: half over, half under. I guess his debut last year put some folks off him.
Giolito: 3 overs, 5 unders. His debut was also less than whelming.
Glasnow: another half & half vote. Apparently we are not convinced.
Gsellman: only 2 “over” votes. Not much hope for him.
Bell: Five of us are believers. This may have to do with where he’s playing.
Lopez: Only two “over” votes. Sit down on the bench, Reynaldo. Next to Robert with the surplus ‘G’.
Alfaro: I thought that this was going to be another “over” sweep with that low, low forecast. But two of us don’t even think he’ll make it up to 0.15.
De Leon: The sense of the meeting is that Jose won’t make it up to his forecast. It’s unanimous.
Mendez: We are gloomy about him, too. Only 3 “over” votes.
