I know you all already admire John Johnson, but today I have two reasons to elevate my opinion of the man. First, he is diligent. He caught an error in his team’s offensive stats from week 2, and told me about it very politely.
Second, the error (a missing Schwarber home run) turned out to be due to omitting the update all the Haviland offensive stats from Wednesday’s games. I just missed the step – maybe didn’t really press the ctrl-v combination or something. When I corrected the omission, it turned out Schwarber’s homer was almost the only good news there for the Dragons. They actually lost a very small bit of ground in the standings, just enough to drop the Dragons into third place.
